Submitting a custom number request is free. You only pay when you buy a number from your options email. Prices sit in four bands from £205, and standard UK or international delivery is free.
Price bands
Each available number in your options email is priced in one of four tiers. Treat that emailed figure and the checkout total as authoritative for the specific ending you choose.

What is free
Requests and standard delivery do not add a product fee on top of the number price. You can submit as many free requests as you like; options are shared within 5 days.

Duties, VAT and expedited shipping
Import duties or VAT, where they apply, are payable by the customer. Expedited international delivery of SIM cards may be available for an additional fee, depending on the shipping type and destination; otherwise standard international shipping remains free. Confirm any expedited quote with Create Numbers before you rely on it for a launch date.

How pricing fits the journey
You see concrete prices only after the free request, when matching numbers are emailed. Purchase is per hyperlinked option; you can buy as many numbers as you like. Fulfilment then follows the 2–4 week delivery window (most within 2 weeks) — details in Delivery.
